An AI dining companion for points-trackers who want to eat out with confidence.

The challenge
MealWatchers started with my partner Don, a WW member and developer who lost weight on the program but struggled when he ate out. It's a mobile app for people tracking SmartPoints: snap a photo of a restaurant menu or recipe and see estimated points for every dish, so you can dine out with confidence.
The approach
We built it as a Flutter app for iOS and Android with AI menu scanning, plus a marketing site and subscription plans. I designed the app and the site around three simple steps: scan the menu, see the points, make your choice.
